Processing & Shipping Schedule To ensure your baklava arrives as fresh as possible, we bake in small batches.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Method: We ship nationwide via UPS.
Shipping Days: To avoid your order sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday to guarantee freshness.
Freshness & Handling Our baklava is handmade using a 125-year-old family recipe. It is shelf-stable but best enjoyed fresh.
Upon Arrival: We recommend opening your package immediately. Baklava can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container, but for extended freshness, it can be refrigerated or frozen.
Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are delayed or spoiled due to incorrect address entry.
Delivery Issues If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us at yiayiasbaklavallc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can assist you.
Returns Policy Due to the perishable nature of our handmade baklava, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is an error with your order, please reach out to us and we will make it right.
