Our Promise

We put an obsessive level of care into every box of baklava we ship. Each order is handmade, packaged carefully, and shipped fresh so it arrives ready to enjoy.

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

That said — we do believe in doing the right thing.


Shipping Protection & Claims

To protect your order in transit, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.

If you purchased shipping insurance and your order:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Was lost in transit

  • Was delayed to the point of being unusable

Claims submitted through this page are reviewed promptly, and approved claims will result in a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Orders Without Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance was not selected at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to replace or refund orders that are damaged, delayed, or lost once they are in the carrier’s possession.

This is why we strongly recommend adding shipping protection — it exists solely to protect you.


Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong items, missing items, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Why This Policy Exists

Baklava is delicate. Shipping food is different than shipping products off a warehouse shelf. This policy allows us to:

  • Maintain the highest quality standards

  • Protect customers who want peace of mind

  • Keep prices fair for everyone

We’re a small, family-owned business sharing a 125-year-old recipe, and our reputation matters more than any single order.
